Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager – Business Setup & Corporate Services to lead and grow our UAE sales function. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience selling UAE business setup and corporate services, who can manage the full sales cycle, guide a sales team, and work closely with operations to ensure high-quality client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales function for UAE business setup and corporate services, including company formation, PRO services, VAT/tax support, and compliance solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, consultations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Manage, coach, and support the sales team to meet individual and team revenue targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all leads, pipelines, and client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and realistic client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, sales processes, and performance improvements.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health, and report regularly to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within UAE business setup, company formation, or corporate services is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of UAE free zone, mainland, and offshore business setup processes.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring sales executives is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance revenue targets and client experience.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
