  • Inspect, maintain, and adjust elevator systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance (PPM) of elevators as per manufacturer's standards.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting, repair, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Perform regular safety tests and compliance checks as per industry standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues in elevators, escalators, or lifts.
  • Replace or repair defective components such as wiring, relays, or hydraulics.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and restore elevator operations with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities, inspections, and replaced parts.
  • Be available for on-call emergency maintenance as required.
  • Work with other technicians, engineers, and building management teams to address complex issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in elevator maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Should have ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
