Job Vacancy – Construction Manager

A&M International (Aye & M International), a leading company in general contracting and the execution of major construction projects and high-rise towers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, is seeking to appoint a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join its team and oversee its current and future projects.

Basic Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience or more in construction management.
  • Experience must be exclusively within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (mandatory and non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience in the construction of residential and commercial towers and large-scale projects only.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all project phases, from planning through to final handover.
  • Full familiarity with construction laws, regulations, and safety standards applicable in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong experience in preparing project schedules, budget management, and cost control.
  • High ability to coordinate with consultants, clients/owners, government authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound, decisive decisions in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitoring site progress and ensuring completion within approved timelines.
  • Effective management of site teams and subcontractors.
  • Preparation of periodic reports and submission to senior management.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the highest standards of quality and occupational health & safety on site.

Joining Date:

  • Immediate, or within a maximum period of one month only.

  • Any experience outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi or outside the field of tower construction will not be accepted.
