The Arab Fashion Council is seeking a Global Designers Relations Director to join its leadership team in Dubai.

This senior role oversees all designer-facing operations across the Council's fashion week platforms, acting as the primary strategic and operational liaison between the organizing body and participating designers.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage relationships with established and emerging designers, their studios, and PR teams
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of designer participation, from onboarding to show execution
  • Ensure creative alignment with the fashion week's vision, positioning, and commercial objectives
  • Coordinate closely with admissions, production, communications, marketing, and partnerships teams
  • Identify opportunities for designer collaborations and brand partnerships
  • Anticipate and resolve challenges in a fast-paced, high-pressure fashion week environment

Who you are

  • Senior experience in fashion week platforms, luxury fashion, or global fashion operations
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile designers and complex stakeholders
  • Highly organized, solutions-driven, and comfortable operating under pressure
  • International exposure and strong understanding of the global fashion ecosystem
