Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service. Additionally, the role requires proactive communication to identify client needs and ensure the successful adoption of NEXSYS-ONE solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency in fostering Customer Retention and Relationship Building with clients
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating customer needs and feedback
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Prior experience in telecom, technology, or software products is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
