Key responsibilities include financial oversight (P&L, budgeting), team development, maintaining brand standards, implementing company policies, and improving customer satisfaction across all sites, focusing on data-driven decisions for sustainable growth. Core Responsibilities
- Performance & Profitability: Drives regional financial results, manages budgets, controls operational costs (labor, product), and analyzes performance data.
- Strategic Leadership: Translates corporate goals into actionable plans, ensures consistent brand experience, and identifies growth opportunities.
- Team Management: Hires, trains, develops, and mentors General Managers and their teams, fostering a strong leadership pipeline.
- Operational Excellence: Ensures adherence to company standards, implements new systems, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize performance and support local units.
