Job Title: Admin Executive (Retail) – Design Support- Arabic Speaker

Department: Administration / Operations / Marketing

Reports To: Operations Manager / Marketing Manager

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Salary - AED 6000- AED 8000

Job Summary

The Admin Executive – Design Support will manage daily administrative tasks while also supporting basic design and creative requirements for retail operations. This role requires strong organizational skills combined with working knowledge of design tools to assist in marketing materials, store visuals, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Duties

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Coordinate with retail stores regarding operational and administrative requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, invoices, and petty cash records.
  • Assist with HR administration such as attendance tracking, staff records, and coordination.

  • Design & Creative Support

  • Assist in creating basic designs for retail needs such as posters, price tags, signage, and promotions.

  • Support social media and marketing teams with simple creative content.
  • Edit and resize artwork for store displays and digital use.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all designs and materials.

  • Retail & Operations Support

  • Coordinate with stores for promotional activities and visual updates.

  • Support store openings, mall approvals, and operational documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for printing and design materials.

  • Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between head office, stores, and external vendors.

  • Follow up on tasks, approvals, and deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and timeliness of administrative work
  • Quality and turnaround time of design support
  • Coordination effectiveness with stores and departments
  • Compliance with company policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail administration or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
