We're Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (Joinery & Interior Design Division)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out projects?

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the UAE

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Joinery & Interior Design

Location: UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Salary: As per the Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
  • Evaluate and analyse drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure all project cost-related matters are well-managed.
  • Manage material take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare progress valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual cost performance and identify areas for cost optimization.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying / civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Joinery, Fit-Out, or Interior Design projects (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and production processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
