Business Development Executive

We are hiring Business Development Executive for our Legal Consultancy Firm with expertise in sales and client acquisition for legal services.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and client relationship management in professional services.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitch services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client networks, preferably in the UAE legal and corporate services market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the legal and compliance domain.
- Coordinate with internal legal and consulting teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, sales decks, and client presentations tailored to business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and outcomes.
- Support management in organizing events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Experience in professional services sales (legal, consulting, financial, or compliance sector) will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Pre-requisites
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in sales or business development (experience in legal/professional services preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets within strict timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Compensation
Salary: AED 3,000 per month + attractive commission structure based on performance.
