Role Overview

We are looking for a
highly experienced HR Executive
with proven UAE experience to handle all aspects of administration, HR operations, and office management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and provide strong support to management and employees alike.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or any related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of solid HR experience within the UAE
    (preferably in
    engineering consultancy,
  • Strong understanding of
    UAE Labour Law
    ,
    MOHRE procedures
    , and
    employment visa processes
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle internal and external HR correspondence.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and
    Google Workspace tools
    (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).
  • Experience handling
    payroll coordination
    ,
    attendance tracking
    , and
    employee onboarding
    .
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HR software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in
    English

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department leads for hiring decisions.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
  • Organize and conduct induction/orientation programs for new staff members.

2. Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Support management in conflict resolution, counseling, and grievance handling.

3. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, experience letters, warnings, NOCs, etc.).
  • Ensure company compliance with
    UAE Labour Law
    and internal policies.
  • Liaise with
    PRO/Admin team
    for visa applications, renewals, and other government transactions.

4. Payroll & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance, leave applications, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate with Accounts to process monthly payroll and employee benefits.
  • Handle end-of-service settlements, leave encashment, and related calculations as per UAE regulations.

5. Performance & Evaluation

  • Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Track probation periods, appraisal schedules, and performance feedback.
  • Support management in setting KPIs and performance goals for departments.

6. Policy & Process Improvement

  • Participate in HR policy updates, internal process documentation, and system improvements.
  • Support the implementation of digital HR solutions and employee tracking systems.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with Admin and Management for HR initiatives.
