Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contracts Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the organization's business objectives.

The Contract Administrator operates with a degree of independence, managing contracts and providing sound contractual advice across all phases of the project lifecycle. This role involves overseeing deliverables of varying complexity and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations both pre- and post-award.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and resolve issues
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
  • Monitor contract performance and deadlines, ensuring timely renewals or terminations
  • Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, and financial implications
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations, including familiarity with UAE labor laws
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
