Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, providing expert guidance to clients, and closing sales/rental deals. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Guide clients on buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
  • Maintain an updated database of available properties and clients.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to close deals professionally.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as forms, agreements, and contracts.
  • Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and RERA regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Promote properties through marketing campaigns, listings, and social media.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent/Consultant in UAE .
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
