Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Landscape Architect
with strong consultancy experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 8 years of professional experience in the UAE
, including a
minimum of 6 years in a consultancy environment
. The candidate should be well-versed in the full spectrum of landscape architecture — from concept design to design development and project execution — ensuring alignment with client vision, sustainability principles, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present innovative
    conceptual and detailed landscape designs
    for a range of projects including villas, residential communities, mixed-use developments, and public spaces.
  • Prepare
    master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and detailed construction drawings
    in accordance with project specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with
    architectural, structural, and MEP teams
    to ensure landscape design integration.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
  • Manage landscape packages and tender documentation, including
    BOQ preparation and material specifications
    .
  • Conduct
    site visits
    during construction to review progress and ensure design compliance.
  • Stay updated with
    UAE authorities' requirements
    , sustainability practices, and local environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Landscape Architecture
    or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience
    in the UAE with
    at least 6 years in a consultancy role
    .
  • Proven experience in concept design, design development, and detailed design stages.
  • Strong knowledge of
    UAE codes, standards, and authority submission procedures
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, and MS Office
    ; familiarity with BIM workflow is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
