We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to support day-to-day digital marketing activities across the brands handled by Design Corner. This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys growth-focused work, and can coordinate between creative teams and clients. You'll work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and client marketing teams to ensure content, campaigns, and promotions are executed smoothly and on time. Job Description 1. Digital & Social Media a. Stay updated on trends, reels formats, hooks, and platform features b. Curate content ideas, formats, and themes aligned with brand goals c. Create clear content briefs for designers and photographers d. Manage social media calendars across Instagram and Facebook e. Ensure timely posting, story updates, and campaign rollouts f. Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging g. Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries h. Engage with relevant audiences i. Boost posts and assist with Meta ad campaigns and identify lookalike followers j. Monitor basic performance metrics and optimise accordingly 2. Google Maps, Reviews & Reputation Management a. Manage Google Maps listings for all brands b. Drive customer reviews through campaigns and in-store prompts c. Respond to reviews professionally and escalate issues when needed d. Coordinate with store teams to improve online reputation 3. Campaigns, Ideas & Activations a. Suggest marketing ideas and campaign concepts b. Support execution of digital campaigns, promotions, and launches c. Assist with in-store activations and events, including digital coverage 4. Client & Internal Coordination a. Meet marketing teams from client companies to understand upcoming promotions b. Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the creative team c. Ensure timely execution and follow-ups 5. Messaging, CRM & Website a. Manage WhatsApp, SMS, and email newsletter campaigns b. Coordinate messaging for offers and announcements c. Update website content such as banners, offers, and text
