Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor will oversee the implementation of security protocols, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety of the premises, assets, and personnel. The individual in this role will coordinate daily operations, monitor surveillance systems, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure environment. They will also address and respond to security incidents promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Proficiency in Physical Security practices and Operations Management
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in security management or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
