Estimator & Sales Operations Controller

Location: Dubai

Company: NAVO Ergonomics (Office Furniture & Custom Workspace Solutions)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a sharp, structured Estimator & Sales Operations Controller to own the heart of our sales engine: quotations, pricing logic, deal tracking, CRM discipline, and sales coordination flow. This is not a support role. You will control quotation turnaround, deal aging, margin accuracy, follow-up discipline, and pipeline visibility across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Pricing Control

  • Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and pricing for standard and custom furniture projects.
  • Build and maintain pricing templates, margin structures, and cost calculators.
  • Control quotation turnaround time and pricing consistency.
  • Validate margins before submission.

Sales Operations Ownership

  • Own CRM discipline and quotation pipelines.
  • Track all quotations, aging, and follow-up status.
  • Ensure no quotation is lost or ignored.
  • Enforce follow-up schedules with sales executives.

Sales Flow Coordination

  • Assign quotation tasks to sales team members when required.
  • Track lead status, deal progress, and conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams on confirmed orders.
  • Monitor delivery status and customer commitments.

Reporting & Management Visibility

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
  • Lead flow
  • Quotation aging
  • Conversion performance
  • Margin health
  • Pending deliveries
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5+ years experience in estimating / sales operations / inside sales leadership.
  • Strong Excel, CRM, and ERP usage.
  • Experience in office furniture, joinery, fit-out, construction materials, or modular furniture is a strong advantage.
  • Process-driven, disciplined, and detail-focused.
  • Comfortable controlling systems and people.

Salary & Incentives

Salary Range: AED 5000 – 7,000 per month + Performance based incentives
