Job Objective: To provide technical and administrative support to the lead engineer by assisting with various management and documentation tasks, including email correspondence, file organization, and preparation of technical documentation as required. The role also demands proficiency in spoken English for effective communication with teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
  • Prepare and compile technical documents and reports.
  • Organize meetings and events, coordinating schedules and logistics.
  • Provide technical and administrative support as directed by the lead engineer.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary:

  • AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month based on experience.
