We are a growing photography studio seeking a dedicated and organized Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative support, with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and studio operations
  • Maintain and organize records using Google Sheets and Zoho Project.
  • Coordinate bookings, schedules, and client communications
  • Support the team with logistics, invoicing, and documentation
  • Assist with inventory and general office management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Or Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Zoho tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Female candidates preferred from Philippines or Myanmar.
