As a Specialist Restorative Dentist, you will utilize your skills to perform complex restorative procedures, work closely with patients to understand their needs, and develop tailored treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and evaluations
  • Develop personalized restorative treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Perform a variety of procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and dentures
  • Execute dental implant treatments and restorations
  • Guide patients through their treatment journey by providing information on procedures and aftercare
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to health regulations
  • Keep detailed records of patient treatments and progress
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends
Requirements
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental institution
  • Specialization in Restorative Dentistry with residency training
  • 5+ years of experience in restorative dental procedures
  • Proficiency in a wide range of restorative techniques and technologies
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with modern dental software and equipment
  • Active dental license and certifications as required by state regulations
