We are looking for a skilled HVAC Draftsman with strong experience in preparing detailed HVAC drawings for high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation, while ensuring compliance with project specifications and Dubai regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications.
  • Develop duct routing, chilled water piping layouts, equipment layouts, and sections for high-rise building projects.
  • Coordinate HVAC layouts with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to avoid clashes.
  • Modify and update drawings based on engineer comments, site conditions, and design changes.
  • Prepare builder's work drawings, penetration details, and installation drawings.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), DCD, and other local authority standards.
  • Maintain organized drawing files, revision logs, and document control.
  • Work closely with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in resolving design and coordination issues.
  • Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and assist with BOQ preparation when required.
