Job Summary:

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with both clients and candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires excellent communication in Russian and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Conduct interviews in Russian and English to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to clients or management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience hiring for roles across various departments (e.g., technical, administrative, or customer-facing).
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
