Roles and Responsibilities :

Technology & Tooling Oversight:


•Lead technology roadmap development for RAFM tools (Telecom, MFS, fraud detection, AI/ML integration).


•Evaluate and select new solutions aligned to user needs and evolving risk landscape.


•Oversee configuration, implementation, and updates to RAFM systems.


•Ensure technology integrity, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Group strategic goals.

Control & Process Governance:


•Design and deploy best practice RAFM controls and processes across Group entities.


•Support primary and secondary control framework design, execution, and risk matrix assessments.


•Develop mentality of early identification, prevention and reporting of leakages from operations through analytics and alerts.


•Drive internal control improvement initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Risk, and CISO teams.


•Monitor implementation status of controls and recommend periodic updates.

Assurance and Risk Management:


•Conduct and coordinate RAFM risk assessments and impact analysis of organizational, network, or IS changes.


•Engage with OpCos to ensure mature RAFM environments are developed and sustained.

Facilitate Group alignment on Revenue Assurance maturity objectives and strategic reporting.

•Control and Risk Assessment Matrix


•Periodic Progress Reports to Group Business Assurance Director

Education:


•Essential: University degree in IT, IS, Audit, or Statistics


•Preferable: MBA / CISA / CISM / CGEIT / PMP / PRINCE2

Experience:


•Minimum 3 years in a technology-oriented industry


•Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Risk / Audit / RAFM


•Demonstrated experience in technical assurance, internal control frameworks, and data-driven risk management


•Knowledge of telecom technology, RAFM systems, and AI/ML applications in Revenue assurance
