Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Accounts Receivable & Collection
professional to join our Client dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain a detailed and updated aging report of all outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Contact clients regarding overdue payments through calls, emails, and letters.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and work closely with clients to resolve payment issues.
  • Process and manage payment plan for clients as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the point of contact for any billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer payment disputes.
  • Generate regular reports on receivables, collections, and bad debts for management review.
  • Assist in monthly closing processes and ensure that all collections data is accurately entered into the financial system.
  • Ensure all accounts receivable policies, processes, and internal controls are followed in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all collection activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education
    : University graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections in a corporate environment.
  • Skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (preferably native speaker).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
