Job Title: HR Executive

Reports To: Administrative Director

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will support the HR department in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong knowledge of Emiratization initiatives and programs to ensure alignment with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

o Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes.

o Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

o Conduct initial candidate interviews and reference checks.

o Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including orientation and documentation.

o Support Emiratization initiatives by sourcing and engaging UAE national candidates.

  1. Employee Records & HR Administration

o Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

o Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and reports.

o Support HR documentation for visa processing, labor compliance, and government submissions.

  1. Payroll & Benefits Assistance

o Assist in payroll processing and maintaining accurate records of attendance, leaves, and overtime.

o Help manage employee benefits, insurance, and other HR programs.

  1. Employee Relations

o Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

o Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  1. Compliance & HR Policies

o Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

o Maintain awareness of Emiratization quotas, regulations, and government programs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Architectural & Engineering Consultancy and UAE experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Emiratization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
