About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking
Chief of Staff

to support the Chairman in driving the company's strategic and operational agenda. This key leadership role will ensure that all departments operate in full alignment with the organisation's vision, maintaining the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.

The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in
real estate development

, particularly within
Dubai's luxury property market

, combined with exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment across all business units.
  • Partner with the CEO to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and monitor delivery across departments.
  • Lead and guide senior management teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Manage project oversight from planning through completion, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare executive briefs, performance reports, and board presentations for the CEO.
  • Enhance operational processes and implement systems that support efficiency and growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, regulatory environment, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field;
    Master's or MBA preferred

- 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience

within
real estate development or property operations

in Dubai.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong grasp of
UAE real estate regulations (RERA, DLD, etc.)

- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and strategic insight.
