We are seeking a visionary CTO to architect our technology strategy, scale systems, and lead a high-performance team as we expand regionally and globally.

Role Overview: As CTO, you will be the strategic technology architect for the organization, responsible for translating business vision into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. You will lead the Odoo ERP implementation and integration, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure technology serves as a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap to enable rapid scale and business growth.
  • Lead Odoo ERP deployment, customization, and integration across finance, operations, sales, and supply chain.
  • Drive digital transformation, process automation, and operational efficiency at scale.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-caliber technology organization.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement emerging technologies that deliver strategic advantage.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
  • Align technology investments with business priorities, ROI, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with executives to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology impact, uptime, and adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive technology leadership, with a proven track record in scaling fast-growing enterprises.
  • Deep expertise in Odoo ERP architecture, modules, integrations, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud platforms, SaaS, system architecture, and enterprise IT.
  • Strong track record of driving digital transformation and automation in complex, multi-department environments.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading high-performance, globally distributed teams.
