PMO – Transformation & Digital Enablement (Real Estate)

Dubai

We are seeking an experienced
PMO professional
with a strong background in
real estate, hospitality, and shared services
. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and embedding PMO standards, overseeing programme governance, and supporting the delivery of
enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
, including
digital transformation and enterprise software implementation
across real estate and asset management portfolios.

This role requires a blend of
strategic oversight
and
hands-on delivery support
, ensuring transformation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage PMO processes, frameworks, and governance standards to support transformation programmes.
  • Partner with business leaders across
    real estate, hospitality, and shared services
    to ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives.
  • Support the delivery of
    digital transformation initiatives
    , including
    enterprise software implementation
    (ERP, asset management, property systems, and related platforms).
  • Drive
    process standardisation and optimisation
    across portfolios, ensuring scalable and sustainable delivery models.
  • Monitor, track, and report on programme and project performance (timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies).
  • Develop executive dashboards and programme artefacts for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across business units and IT.
  • Manage risk, issue, and change control processes, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Support resource planning, benefits realisation tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a
    PMO role
    within
    real estate, hospitality, or asset management industries
    .
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting or leading
    transformation programmes
    , ideally within shared services environments.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital transformation and enterprise software implementation
    (ERP, asset management tools, M365, cloud platforms, or similar).
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in
    project management tools
    (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    governance frameworks
    (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile/Hybrid).
  • Ability to translate complex technical and operational information into actionable business insights.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in
    real estate portfolio systems
    , property management solutions, or hospitality platforms.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to track budgets, benefits, and cost optimisations.
  • Exposure to
    process automation, digital workplace transformation, or data-driven reporting
    .
  • Professional certifications such as
    Prince2, PMP, MSP, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe)
    .
