Job Description

• Identify and review various media materials produced by editors, reporters, photographers, and news agencies—including news, commentary, interviews, articles, and both local and international reports—conducting comprehensive editorial and corrective reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with publishing standards, while providing feedback and development suggestions.
• Ensure optimal use of available journalistic materials to fulfill editorial objectives and professionally apply them according to legislative publishing standards for images, videos, and digital texts across digital platforms.
• Receive, assess, and control journalistic materials in terms of their readiness for publication in both their updated and revised formats, ensuring alignment with professional policies.
• Guarantee the quality of media materials by ensuring they are free from spelling and grammatical errors, applying corrections and formatting, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with editors and reporters to ensure text content aligns with the journalistic subject, determine priorities, and manage workflow and timelines.
• Ensure that all journalistic texts adhere to approved professional and legislative standards and are sourced from credible references.
