Mission Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation & Operations Analyst in our Industrial Department who will also work closely with digital and supply chain teams. You will contribute to this mission by: Digital and Industrial transformation Transforming maintenance planning and maintenance process flows as well as yard management through the use of digital techniques. Continuous improvement. Understanding logistics and maintenance needs and providing new ways of working to the teams based on digital initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency. Conducting assessments and feasibility studies to identify areas for optimization and automation within yard management processes. Providing analytical support to industrial teams, assisting with project case studies, IMS streamlining and data analysis. Business Intelligence

Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. Leveraging on the data gathered in our operations to create decision support tools to assist in the improvement of our processes and efficiency.

Supply Chain Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and support on Helium supply chain analysis. Why Join Us? Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field

Specialization in Engineering, Supply Chain Driving License is a must Soft and Hard Skills: Digital Project Management. Proficiency in Power BI data modeling and transformation, including using DAX for calculated columns, measures, and tables, as well as cleaning and transforming data with the Query Editor. Proficiency with G Suite environment (G Sheet). Interest to work in an industrial environment.

Previous experience in digitalization, data analysis in the supply chain and industrial environment. Excellent relational capacities. Able to communicate effectively in different levels (from field operator to C-level). Willing to help others to improve.

Languages: English fluency is must have
