Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented
L2 Technical Sales Executive
to support our sales growth by generating
high-quality, qualified meetings
for our
L1 Technical Sales (Closing) team
.

This role is critical to the sales pipeline and focuses on
lead sourcing, qualification, outreach, and appointment setting
, ensuring the L1 team engages only with well-qualified prospects and maximizes conversion success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through multiple channels including
    cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry databases
  • Qualify leads based on predefined company criteria before scheduling meetings
  • Schedule
    onsite or virtual meetings
    for the L1 Technical Sales team with accurate client details and a strong pre-meeting briefing
  • Serve as the
    first point of contact
    in the sales cycle, sharing basic product and service information
  • Meet and maintain
    daily outreach targets
    (calls, emails, follow-ups)
  • Build and manage a
    high-quality sales pipeline
    by collecting detailed prospect information
  • Coordinate closely with L1 sales executives to ensure
    smooth lead handover
    and track meeting outcomes
  • Maintain and update
    CRM records
    with accurate lead status, notes, and activity history
  • Achieve
    weekly and monthly KPIs
    related to outreach volume, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments
  • Participate in
    weekly sales sync meetings
    , sharing insights on lead quality, conversion trends, and market feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years
    of experience in
    telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging
    decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand products/services at a
    basic technical level
  • Experience working with
    CRM systems and sales outreach tools
  • Highly
    organized, proactive, and target-driven
    mindset
  • Strong lead-qualification skills with the ability to identify
    high-potential opportunities
