We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Officer to join our Human Resources and Administration Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a broad range of administrative, insurance, visa, and corporate service activities. You will serve as a key support link between internal stakeholders, external service providers, and business partners to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company insurance (medical, car, property, travel, liability) and ensure timely renewals.
- Manage employee medical insurance updates and maintain accurate records.
- Verify and process monthly insurance invoices and credit notes.
- Coordinate visa and immigration documentation for travel.
- Maintain database, negotiate and renew corporate hotel agreements.
- Arrange business essentials (cards, phones, access cards) per company policy.
- Handle monthly company vehicle-related payments and prepare usage reports.
- Maintain departmental records and intranet contents.
- Support HR initiatives, workshops, and engagement events.
- Document and manage minutes from quarterly Townhall meetings.
- Develop and maintain Admin tasks related standard process manuals.
- Provide backup administrative support during staff absences.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration or corporate support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital platforms.
