We are currently seeking a professional and talented Hairstylist to join our Dubai team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-end environment, managing your own column alongside some of the most experienced stylists in the Hair Extensions & Colour industry.

The Role You will be based in our Dubai salon, working as part of our expert team. This role is ideal for a confident stylist who is serious about their career, eager to refine their skills in hair extensions and signature colour techniques, and ready to deliver a five-star client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services: Manage a busy column of clients, conducting professional consultations to understand their needs and delivering high-quality results.

Colour & Styling: Perform all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, blow-drys, and technical colour services (highlights, balayage, and tints) to a high standard.

Hair Extensions: Apply and maintain hair extensions. While experience is preferred, training in our specific London techniques will be provided to ensure consistency.

Client Hospitality: Provide a warm, professional welcome. Manage the client journey, ensuring comfort and a premium experience throughout their appointment.

Salon Standards: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of your styling station and the wider salon environment.

Requirements

Language: Fluent English is strictly required. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with our international clientele.

Experience: Previous salon experience is required. You must be confident running your own column and proficient in all aspects of hairdressing. Minimum 8 years of salon experience on the floor is required.

Skills: Excellence in ladies' cutting, blow-drying and colouring is essential. Experience with hair extensions is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Professionalism: You must be well-groomed, punctual, and passionate about the hair industry.

Salary & Visa

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience and skill).
