Lead and supervise all Kids Club hosts and ensure smooth daily operations

Design, plan, and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities aligned with Six Senses values

Create a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere inspired by wellness and nature

Prepare and organize activity spaces, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready

Maintain strong understanding of emergency procedures and evacuation protocols

Report health, safety, or operational concerns to the Director of Operations

Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently following resort policies

Uphold Six Senses service standards, guest satisfaction expectations, and LQA requirements

Engage positively with parents and children to create memorable family experiences

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant teaching qualification

At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or children-focused hospitality environment

Strong understanding of early childhood development and storytelling methodologies

Proficient in MS Office with basic knowledge of POS, PMS, and CRM systems

Knowledge of kids learning trends and environmental programs

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages preferred

Creative, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children
