Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and experienced Head Waitress with fine dining expertise to lead our service team. You will supervise the waitstaff, ensure the highest standard of guest service, and maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff team to provide exceptional service
  • Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Greet and interact with guests professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Manage table assignments and optimize seating for efficiency
  • Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and organization in the dining area
  • Prepare reports on daily service, guest flow, and staff performance
  • Assist management in scheduling, staff evaluations, and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waitress or head waitress in fine dining or upscale restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Professional, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest-facing challenges confidently
  • Willing to work or be relocated to Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
