We're expanding our delivery capability and hiring a hybrid operator who can execute with technical rigor, manage product workflows, and own client-facing delivery cycles. This role blends engineering execution with structured product management, anchored heavily on Frappe implementation expertise.

What You Will Drive

  • Lead requirement capture and convert business needs into structured execution plans
  • Manage client communication, expectations, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Oversee project workflows and ensure on-time delivery across multiple accounts
  • Support product planning, feature validation, and workflow refinement
  • Maintain operational visibility through reports, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive coordination between engineering, design, and business teams to keep execution on point

Core Requirements

  • can speak arabic fluently or as mother language
  • Two to three years of experience across software engineering and product-facing responsibilities
  • Mandatory hands-on Frappe implementation experience (configuration, workflows, deployment)
  • Strong Scrum execution capability with proven delivery discipline
  • High-clarity communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to balance product ownership with engineering execution
  • Valid driving license for on-site workshops and field engagement when needed

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing data pipelines
