As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and coordination between clients, cleaners, and management. This role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments
  • Monitor attendance, job completions, and client feedback
  • Communicate with clients regarding bookings, requests, or concerns
  • Support the operations manager with inventory and supply tracking
  • Prepare reports related to staff performance and daily operations
  • Handle last-minute changes or absences to ensure service continuity
  • Assist in training and onboarding new staff when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administration (cleaning or facility management industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, or scheduling systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing cleaners or field staff
  • UAE experience is an advantage
