Job Title: Nail Artist or Nail Technician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Artist or Nail Technician to join our thriving salon team. As a Nail Artist or Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional nail care treatments to our clients, including nail art, manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and cuticle grooming. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of nail care techniques, a commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, normal color, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art designs.
  • Consult with clients to assess their nail care needs and preferences.
  • Recommend appropriate nail care products and services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment after each use.
  • Uphold and follow all state and local licensing regulations.
  • Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques.
  • Promote and sell nail care products to clients.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of nail care products and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other salon team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold the salon's reputation for outstanding service and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon environment.
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and various nail enhancements.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of nail trends and techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for Nail Artist:

  • Additional certifications in specific nail techniques or nail artistry.
  • Experience with specialized nail care treatments such as nail extensions, shellac, or dip powder.
