Roles and Responsibility:

· Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

· Install windows/Linux on computers or servers

· Maintain PCs like build PC, change HDDs, RAMs and other PC parts.

· Maintain network and assign IP address to devices

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

· Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

· Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

· Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role with 3 to 5 years of working experience

· Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments

· Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

· Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

· Male only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
