Role Overview
Danube Home is seeking a high-energy, socially-connected Outdoor Community Manager to be our "boots on the ground" in Sharjah. You won't just be managing a brand; you will be penetrating the fabric of Sharjah's diverse society.

Your mission is to move away from generic "one-size-fits-all" marketing. You will map out specific catchments, build deep-rooted relationships with local influencers, contractors, and community leaders, and feed real-time grassroots intelligence back to our Head Office (HO) to create hyper-localized activations that resonate.

Key Responsibilities
1. Hyper-Local Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for different segments of Sharjah's catchment areas (e.g., Al Zahia vs. Muwaileh vs. Kalba).

Conduct deep-dive research into local demographics to understand specific purchasing triggers for each neighborhood.

  1. Community & Contractor Engagement

Act as the primary face of Danube Home within local communities, residential clusters, and social clubs.

Build and maintain a robust network of contractors, interior designers, and local craftsmen to drive referral programs and B2B2C opportunities.

Organize and lead local "Town Hall" style events or localized pop-ups.

  1. Barter & Partnership Management

Identify and secure high-value local barter activities with gyms, cafes, schools, and community centers to increase brand visibility without traditional ad spend.

Negotiate win-win collaborations that integrate Danube Home products into the daily lives of our target audience.

  1. Strategic Intelligence for HO Marketing

Serve as the "eyes and ears" for the Head Office Marketing team.

Provide first-hand, granular data on local trends, competitor moves in specific areas, and cultural nuances.

Ensure that every Sharjah-based activation feels "curated" and authentic to the local resident rather than a corporate template.

Candidate Profile

  • The Connector: You are someone who knows everyone in Sharjah. You are comfortable walking into a contractor's site or a community gathering and building instant rapport.
  • The Strategist: You don't just execute; you think. You understand that what works in Dubai might not work in Sharjah.
  • The Hustler: You have a "get things done" attitude and are willing to be outdoors, meeting people where they live and work.
  • Communication: Fluent in English is a must; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred to connect with Sharjah's diverse demographic.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Community Management, Field Marketing, or
  • Business Development within the UAE (Sharjah experience is a major plus).
  • Proven track record of managing barter deals and local partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the Sharjah real estate and home improvement landscape.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle (this is a 100% field-based role).
