We are seeking a highly skilled Structural / Civil Design Engineer – Draftsman with a strong civil & structural engineering background and expert-level Revit skills.

This role is NOT a standard AutoCAD draftsman position. We are looking for a professional who can technically solve, detail, and model structural and civil engineering systems, and translate architectural designs into fully constructible, authority-compliant Revit models and drawings.

The candidate must have proven experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense, MR Nakheel, and other local authority submissions.

Key Responsibilities


•
Develop constructible structural and civil engineering models and drawings in Revit


• Interpret architectural designs and resolve structural and civil engineering requirements


• Provide technical input on:


• Structural integrity & load paths


• Reinforcement detailing


• Concrete & steel structures


• Drainage systems


• Pool construction systems


• Ensure full compliance with DM, DCD, MR Nakhil submission requirements


• Prepare construction-ready Revit drawings, including plans, sections, details, and schedules


• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction- related queries


• Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and quality across all submissions

Required Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering


• Strong Civil & Structural Engineering background (mandatory)


• Expert-level Revit modeling skills (mandatory)


• Proven experience in structural & civil drafting and detailing, especially for:


• Residential & commercial projects


• Pools, terraces, and drainage systems


• Solid understanding of:


• Structural design principles


• Load-bearing systems


• Reinforcement detailing


• Concrete and steel structures


• Hands-on experience with Dubai authority submissions


• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus, but Revit expertise is essential


• Strong technical communication skills


• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently on complex projects

Preferred Experience


• Pool construction and outdoor structural works


• High-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects in Dubai


• Ability to translate architectural intent into structurally sound, buildable Revit models
