Institutional Business Development Manager

Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for supporting Institutional and UHNW business development efforts from Dubai. The Institutional Business Development Manager will assist with relationship management, onboarding coordination, product information distribution, market research, and scheduled communications with Institutional clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets and familiarity with Institutional trading environments.
- Transferable and established client base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM tools and commercial reporting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in institutional sales support, brokerage operations, client onboarding, or related roles is an advantage.
