Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located at the Everest View Properties office in Business Bay, Dubai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, and handling complex negotiations. The role also involves advising clients on real estate investments, including property valuations, market trends, and legal procedures, as well as facilitating property transactions with developers, landlords, and tenants.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property, with proven expertise in managing transactions and property portfolios.
  • Sales skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, including communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
