Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer specializing in villa and luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate has strong design aesthetics, understands spatial planning, and can deliver bespoke interior solutions tailored to premium living environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts for villas, combining functionality, luxury, and client preferences.
  • Create mood boards, 3D renders, sketches, and detailed design drawings.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, décor, lighting, and color schemes that align with project needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide design guidance during execution.
  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), design presentations, and specifications.
  • Stay updated with trends in luxury interiors, sustainable materials, and modern design techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in villa or luxury residential projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE design regulations and materials (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with modern, contemporary, or high-end luxury styles.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
