Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop visually attractive, high-converting websites using WordPress and Shopify for Medical, Dental, and E-Commerce projects.
  • Create engaging social media content, banners, promotional videos, and digital assets to maximize online impact.
  • Ensure ultra-responsive, mobile-first designs with top-tier speed and seamless functionality.
  • Continuously resolve site performance issues, including speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
  • Advance UI/UX with wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design.
  • Expertly implement tracking/analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs).
  • Collaborate with SEO, Facebook, Google Ads, and social media teams: solve on-page, meta, schema, open graph, tracking, and campaign issues.
  • Manage website security, scheduled backups, plugin/app updates, and maintain data privacy (GDPR & UAE law compliance).
  • Handle WooCommerce (WordPress) and Shopify product management, payment gateways, shipping, and other e-commerce functionalities.
  • Optimize all website/media assets for best aesthetic and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX, custom WordPress AND Shopify development, especially within the medical, dental, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Mastery with Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva, or similar design tools for UI/UX, graphics, and video.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft stunning, branded social media graphics and promo videos.
  • In-depth knowledge of conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, and funnel design.
  • Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JS, PHP for WordPress, and Liquid for Shopify.
  • Experienced in setting up, customizing, and troubleshooting Shopify and WordPress (themes, plugins/apps, checkout, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in implementing and troubleshooting Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and technical SEO.
  • Track record of resolving site speed, cache, plugin/app conflicts, hosting, and mobile/responsive issues.
  • Supports SEO/SMM teams: handles crawl errors, indexation, schema, sitemap, robots, meta, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools (WooCommerce, Shopify Plus, subscription, and CRM integration).
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in web/UX design, e-commerce security, privacy, and digital marketing.
