Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent is based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients. They will also stay updated on market trends, guide clients throughout the transaction process, and proactively seek new business opportunities through various marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a comprehensive understanding of Real Estate and Real Property laws and guidelines.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven Sales experience and a result-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to AED50,000.00 per month
