We're looking for 10 dedicated Kitchen Stewards to join our growing team. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization across our kitchen and preparation areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen, preparation, and service areas at all times.
- Wash, sanitize and store all kitchen equipment, service ware, utensils, cutlery and crockery to company standards.
- Handle kitchen equipment and restaurant assets safely and responsibly.
- Ensure stock levels of cleaning materials and sanitary ware are maintained.
- Dispose of waste properly and in a timely manner, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.
- Support kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks where needed.
- Follow instructions from the Senior Chef, Kitchen Head, or Branch Manager.
- Report any equipment failures or maintenance issues immediately.
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Available to start immediately (no notice period).
- Meet all requirements listed in the attached Job Description.
- Basic Health and Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
- Ability to communicate, read and write comfortably in English.
- Positive, cheerful and professional attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk during the full shift.
Compensation
All-inclusive salary up to AED 2,000
