Admin & Personal Assistant (PA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and personal assistance to the CEO.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle internal communication, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and follow-up on management directives.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Operation Manager, finance, marketing, and medical team) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in handling confidential information and maintaining filing systems.
- Support in organizing company events, staff schedules, and patient coordination if required.
- Perform general office administration and ensure professional communication with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or PA (preferably in healthcare or corporate setup).
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
