Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, for a Technical Services Specialist with CNC experience. The role involves providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for CNC machines. The specialist will be responsible for evaluating machinery performance, ensuring its operational efficiency, and training clients or team members in utilizing hardware effectively. Additionally, the individual will document and report on machine conditions and service activities to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines
  • Technical expertise in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and machine programming
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and report preparation
  • Ability to work collaboratively onsite within team structures to meet client expectations
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Experience in the glass machinery industry or a closely related technical field is a significant advantage
  • Flexibility to work on-site with a readiness to travel for client support if required
