Head of Housekeeping – Luxury Hotel

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead the housekeeping operations of a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large teams, pre-opening and renovation projects, and ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, laundry, and public areas.
- Develop and implement SOPs, quality standards, and training programs.
- Manage housekeeping budgets, inventories, and cost control initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve departmental and hotel-wide objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in luxury hotels.
- At least 5 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- European or Arabic nationality preferred.
- Experience in pre-opening, renovation projects, and multi-property management is an advantage.
