Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Off-Plan Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Off-Plan Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on off-plan property investments, managing lead inquiries, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For/Our Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate (Dubai market preferred)
  • Market Knowledge: Strong insight into both off-plan and secondary market trends
  • Sales Skills: Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Mindset: Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking calculated risks
  • Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, resilient, and committed to delivering results
  • Fluent or native English speaker

  • Manage high-value client portfolios and close property transactions.
  • Advise clients on investment strategies and suitable project options.
  • Stay informed on the latest Off-Plan developments and market movements.
